We are a ready to ship handmade website. All items that are listed in stock are made and ready to ship. This does not apply to our pre order or personalised items. Most orders are processed next business day or within 48 hr of order being placed on business days. Personalised items are a 2-6 day turnaround time before being shipped. We use Australia Post 99% of the time. Sometimes we may use a courier service.

We attach your email to the post label, if you have the AusPost – MyPost account app with the email used you should get a notification of your parcel coming and track it from start to finish. If you don’t have an account its easy to sign up on the aus post website or download the app. Other business, big and small use the same system.

Regular Parcel Post $11.30 – Parcel Post can take up to 10 business days. Flat Rate on all parcels big or small.

Express Parcel Post $16 – Unfortunately we are out of the express network and next day delivery does not usually apply

Handling Time – Most packages are shipped in 1-3 business days. All orders placed after 12 pm on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday – Custom dummy clips, teethers and pram toys have a turn around time of 2-6 days keep this in mind when ordering.
